Childhood obesity is a growing problem in developing and developed countries. Eating habits that are developed early in life can define how the kid grows up and chooses food in the later life. Early intervention and information about choices available can go a long way in developing good habits and therefore improving health in these kids.
In this workshop, I cover the basics of nutrition and the major food ingredients. The kids are explained why these ingredients are important and how they affect health. This understanding early in kids has led to improvement in eating habits of the whole family!
