Exercise and Healthy Habits

Along with good nutrition, exercise is also important to reduce the problems of obesity and malnourishment. Exercise plays a great role in growth and development of the kids. It improves the sense of wellbeing, induces better sleep and habits, and improves weight and height in developing kids.

In this workshop, I explore the different categories of exercises and the benefits of each of them. In this interactive session, I work on individual regimen for kids that suit their lifestyle and needs best.
